Making Purchases On The Site
If you wish to make purchases on the Site, you may be asked by the merchant or information or service provider from whom you are making
the purchase to supply certain information, including credit card or other payment mechanism information.
You agree that all information you provide any merchant or information or service provider on the Site for purposes
of making purchases will be accurate, complete and current. The merchants and information and service providers offering merchandise,
information and services on the Site set their own prices and may change prices or institute new prices at any time.
You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in

- upload, post, publish, reproduce, transmit or distribute in any way any component of the Site itself or derivative works with respect
thereto, as the Site is copyrighted as a collective work under US copyright laws
Star Care s has no obligation to monitor the Site. However, you agree that Star Care s has the right to monitor the
Site electronically from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request,
to operate the Site properly, or to protect itself or its subscribers. Star Care s will not intentionally monitor or disclose any
private electronic-mail message unless required by law. Star Care s reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information
or materials, in whole or in part, that in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this Agreement.
Consumer Information
You understand and agree that unless you notify Star Care s to the contrary, Star Care s may publish your name and other
consumer information in one or more directories which may be accessed by other Internet users; in addition, unless you notify Star Care
to the contrary, Star Care may make such information available to third parties from time to time. You understand further that merchants
on the Site may have access to such information and may make it available to third parties in accordance with their normal practices unless
you notify those merchants directly that you do not wish such information made available.
Failure to Comply with Terms and Conditions
Star Care s may deny you access to all or part of the Site without notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that Sundaram
Ceramics in its sole discretion believes violates any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement. If Star Care denies you access
to the Site because of such a violation, you shall have no right
- to access through Star Care s any materials stored on the Internet,
- to obtain any credit(s) otherwise due to you, and such credit(s) will be forfeited,
- to access third party services, merchandise or information on the Internet through Star Care, and Star Care shall have no
responsibility for any consequences resulting from lack of notification.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Star Care s and its affiliates harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses,
including reasonable attorneys’ fees, related to any violation of this Agreement by you or authorized users of your account, or in connection
with the use of the Site or the Internet or the placement or transmission of any message, information, software or other materials on the
Internet by you or authorized users of your account.
Miscellaneous
In the event that any portion of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance
with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remainder of the provisions shall
remain in full force and effect.
Star Care failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed
as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision
of this Agreement.
Star Care s may modify this Agreement from time to time by placing a notice of such modification in the "What’s New" area
(or an area with any title with similar meaning and content), and your continued use of the Site following notice of such modification
shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. It is your responsibility to check the "What’s New" area regularly to
determine whether this Agreement has been modified. If you do not agree to any modification of this Agreement, you must immediately stop
using the Site.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its
conflicts of law provisions. Any cause of action you may have with respect to the Site must be commenced with one one (1) year after
the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Star Care with respect to the Site.
